About the Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes
A yoga session is 1 1/2 hour and includes pranas (breathing technics), asanas (postures) and relaxation (meditation).
We have yoga mats, blankets and meditation cushions available.
Yoga is for everyone, young and old, big and small. You don’t need to be very flexible. We try to adjust the clases with adjusted postures for different levels.
What to wear to yoga classes: generally, it is important to wear clothing that is both comfortable and made from breathable fabric (like cotton, bamboo or jersey). Wear different layers in order to take clothes off when you get warm.
Yoga is best done on bare feet, but take good socks to keep warm for the meditation parts.

Pop-Up Yoga
Yoga at special places
In the coming months we will start organising special Yoga Events under the name Pop-Up Yoga. How it works? We will select a couple of really beautiful and special places to do (outdoor) yoga. Think of yoga on the beach, yoga on the water, yoga in the mountains in a historic building…
Sounds like fun to you? Sign up for our newsletter and we will keep you informed about the dates.
SUB Yoga Andalucía
Yoga on water
In the Summer we will start with SUP Yoga or Paddle Board Yoga. Paddle Board Yoga or SUP Yoga is a variation of stand up paddle surfing (SUP), combined with yoga, which originated in Rishikesh, India. The sport combines hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga asanas, or poses, with surfing.
