Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is a really powerful meditation technique.
Yoga nidra is a form of yoga that allows us to enjoy the same feeling that we have when we are in a deep sleep but we are still awake.
Yoga Nidra is a profound relaxation practice that helps us to awaken positive energy that is already hidden in our inner self.
This technique helps us to get refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed and energetic by getting rid of tension, stress and anxiety.
Oneness, wholeness, tranquility, and well-being are experienced on a Universal level.
Yoga Nidra is a practice in total conscious relaxation.
This conscious relaxation state is reached by separating the external awareness of the physical body through various stages.

RadiantPeace Method: From doing to just Being:
The practice of Yoga Nidra is as ancient as the practice of Yoga itself.
Teachings date back thousands of years and can be found in the wisdom teachings of the Upanishads, Classical Yoga, and in the Tantric tradition.
A single method for reaching Yoga Nidra does not exist. No one owns it. It is universal.
Over the years Ilse-Marie Sobering studied, experienced and taught different forms of Yoga Nidra.
Ilse was inspired by the more traditional and the modern schools of Yoga Nidra. She studied and experienced the traditional Yoga Nidra teachings of Swami Rama & Swami Satyananda and the more modern schools of iRest of Richard Miller and the Amrit (I am) method.
The RadiantPeace method is a powerful combination of the most powerful traditional Yoga Nidra practices applied in a modern down to earth approach.

Structure of the Online Yoga Nidra Teacher Course
How is the RadiantPeace Yoga Nidra Course structured?
The Yoga Nidra course is presented as an online quest. That means that every day you receive a new study class. The information is divided in small bits of information.
This will give you the opportunity to spend a short day every day on the course. As repetition is the best way to learn.
Research shows that when you do around 20-60 min a day, you will remember the content better.
We have created an easy to use online learning platform that combines community and daily microlearning. The online course helps you to learn in the best way possible.

Ilse-Marie Sobering – Senior Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama Teacher 500 E-RYT – Energy Worker – Mindfulness & Spiritual Coach – EFT/TFT Practitioner
Together with Jeroen Ruijters the Founders of Viva La Vida and an experienced international Yoga Teacher.
Ilse-Marie did over the years various teacher training courses. The advanced 300 hour course she did in an Ashram in India. She is skilled in various yoga styles and over the years has created her own style PranaYoga by mixing various styles of yoga. She is teaching Yin & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, Flow, Kundalini en Hatha yoga. She is an experienced meditation and pranayama teacher. Furthermore she is skilled in QiGong and energy work. She gives classes and courses in three languages to beginners, advanced students, seniors and children. She is organizing international retreats and yoga teacher courses, gives (master) classes and workshops.
